Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 20, 2026
This policy describes how INSHARO INC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with Insharo Engine OS, our business enquiry management and advertising reporting application. It covers enquiries received through connected Facebook and Instagram lead forms and our use of Meta advertising data.
Connected business Pages include Super Studios AI, Exefai, and Insharo HR & Talent. This notice concerns the Engine OS integration; it does not replace separate notices that may apply to employment, customer contracts, or other services.
Information we collect
- Information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and answers to questions included in a lead form. The fields depend on the form you choose to complete.
- Enquiry and advertising identifiers: submission date and time, lead, Page, form, campaign, ad set and ad identifiers, and related names or attribution details made available through an authorised connection.
- Advertising performance: campaign and ad spend, impressions, clicks, reported lead counts, currency, and reporting timezone. These figures help us assess advertising performance.
- Operational information: enquiry status, follow-up records, and technical records needed to run, troubleshoot, and secure the integration. Authorised administrators also provide credentials to connect business assets.
How we use information
We use information to receive and organise enquiries, respond to requests, discuss services you expressed interest in, maintain business records, measure advertising results, and protect and troubleshoot the application. Enquiries are routed to the business associated with the relevant Page.
Engine OS may apply rules to label an enquiry according to the submitted form and explicit expressions of interest. These labels help organise follow-up. You can contact us to correct inaccurate information or explain your preferences.
Meta connections
Authorised business administrators connect selected Meta assets. The integration retrieves lead submissions and advertising reports through Meta APIs and receives notifications of new submissions through webhooks. Information you provide directly to Facebook or Instagram is also governed by Meta's privacy policies.
Removing a Meta connection stops access through that connection, but does not by itself delete records already received in Engine OS. To request deletion of those records, follow the instructions below.
Access and sharing
Information is available to authorised personnel who handle the relevant business's enquiries and administer the system. Service providers that host, operate, or support the application may process information as needed to provide those services, including our hosting provider, Render. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on service locations.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or secure our services. The purposes of this integration are enquiry handling and advertising measurement, not the sale of submitted lead information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the resulting business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping, security, and legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held; Meta's own lead availability period does not determine how long an imported CRM record exists.
We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in enquiry forms or privacy requests.
Your choices and data-deletion requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.

For deletion, use the subject "Engine OS data deletion request". Include the email address or phone number used on the form and, if known, the business Page and approximate submission date. You do not need an Engine OS account.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request concerns your records. We will review the request and respond, explaining any information that must be retained and the reason. Deletion requests cover relevant lead information and stored form answers in Engine OS; deleting data from Meta itself is handled separately through Meta.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as the application or our practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. Questions about this policy or our handling of information can be sent to [email protected].
